Govt. Industrial Training Institute Rajpur Road at Gujrara, Dehradun was initially set-up in the year 1952 at Rajpur road Dehradun. This ITI was shifted to new location in 2009 at Gujrara, Sahastradhara road, Dehradun after formation of Uttarakhand state for the establishment of Uttarakhand Secretariat in its Rajpur road premises. The Institute is Affiliated with NCVT, Director General of Training, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship , Govt. of India. The affiliation number given by DGE&T is 6/35/2001-TC dated July 27, 2001, DGE&T-12/1/2010-TC Dated 30 November 2010, DGET-6/33/3/2010-TC Dated 27 July 2012, DGT-12/1/2016-TC Dated 07 October 2016 and DGT-12/1/2018-TC Dated 10 August 2018.
