The Institute (an ISO 9001 Certified ) was established in the year 1989 with trades Stenographer and Secretarial Assistant (Hindi), Cutting Trailoring (Sewing Technology), Electrician, Welder having 96 seats capacity and currently two trades Sewing Technology and Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (Hindi) have been approved with seat capacity of 44. The institute has its own building situated at the height of approx. 4301 feet from sea level in Ukhimath block of district Rudrprayag. It is 47 kilo meter from Rudraprayag.
