The institute (An ISO 9001 certified) was established in the year 1991 with trades electrician, Wireman, Steno and Sewing Technology having 86 capacity. The institute have its own building situated at the height of approx 772 feet above mean sea lavel in Gadarpur Block in Udham Singh Nagar. It is situated 18 Km away from Rudrapur and its railway station also, 40 Km away from Kashipur and 50 km away from Haldwani. The Institute is covered under Public Private Partnership govern by Government of India and State Government under observation SSC and NSC to improve quality training provided by the Institute.
