This Institute is located on Survey Chowk, 26 EC Road near the parade Ground in Doon Valley surrounded by mountain ranges. This institute was established for refugees came from Bangladesh before 1969 and that time the training was provided on Dyeing, embroidery, weaving, knitting trades but after 1969 training is being provided on NCVT trades affiliated by Ministry of Labour. It is situated on 8 km far from ISBT Dehradun and 2 Km from Railway Station Dehradun at the height of 447 Meters above sea level presently training is being provided by this institute in NCVT affiliated Technical Trades like Draughtsman Civil, Electronics, ICTSM and Non- Technical Trades like Steno Hindi, Steno English, Fashion Design &Technology, Basic Cosmetology, and Sewing Technology trades currently training is being imparted to women trainees. ITI also has Rain water harvesting facility in campus.

- Trade specific training related are being provided with installation service and repair through Advanced Repair & Industrial Skills Enchancement (ARISE) program on Samsung products in HHP, AV,HA & AC.
- 1 month On the Job Training at Samsung Service partners.
- Train the Teachers, through ‘Guru Shiksha’ program by Samsung.
What after training completion

ITI has taken an initiative for revenue generation work. In trade cosmetology the trainees has done the live practical work on different clients including office staff, trainees and ladies staff of other departments. By this trainees have improved their skills and it also helps to contribute in revenue generation for our institute.
